About
We Can Go Places is a set of European city guides written the way locals actually move through a place — neighbourhood markets over tourist streets, cocktail bars over mega-clubs, quiet Modernist courtyards over the queues at the headline sights.
Who makes it
The project is written by Anton K.. Based in Madrid, travelling Europe constantly, assembling each city piece by piece: walking the addresses in person, checking hours and prices on the ground, dropping whatever turns out to be overrated, and keeping what genuinely earns the trip across town.
We write for people who'd rather live a city than tick it off. Every place carries a priority — essential or if you have time — with its district, hours, price, and an honest reason to go.
What sets it apart
- A resident's eye. Not a "top-10 sights" list, but how a city is put together and where the people who live there actually go.
- Fact-checking. Addresses, hours, and prices are verified against at least two independent sources — more in the methodology.
- Route logistics. The ready-made point-to-point walks run with no backtracking or impossible hops — their order is arbitrated by an algorithm from coordinates, not by eye.
- No photo-facade. Text, not pictures: it loads fast, quotes cleanly, and describes places honestly.
